On the contact page of the site, or when joining the York Guildhall Orchestra (YGO) mailing list, we ask for details from those who send a message or sign up. These details are retained by the YGO and are used:
(a) To analyse the sort of information which interests visitors to the website, and
(b) To send further information to those who, by signing up for the mailing list, have indicated that they wish to receive further information from YGO.
Any e-mail addresses which we collect will only be used by the YGO and will not be sold or loaned or passed on by any other means to any third parties. The e-mail addresses collected will only be used by YGO to inform you of news relating to this orchestra. Should you no longer wish to receive information from the orchestra, please email us; your details will be removed from the list and you will no longer receive any more news about the orchestra.
Visitor statistics to the YGO website are via Google Analytics. The data they provide is anonymous and does not identify you as an individual.
